If I could find the seller I swear I would grab whatever I could and beat him to death with it.

he made 90 ******* dollars selling something free. beating him to death isn't painful enough. ready for the ultmate torture (straight from my friend, hehehe).

grab two boards and put his **** in between them. then nail through the boards, bend the nail so it cant be taken out and set the wood on fire.

how the **** does he come up with this ???

Maybe cuz your friend has had it done to him???

That is definately illegal. First off, what we do here is illegal enough. Distributing songs like we do is illegal. Then him selling them? That's even worse.

I don't think the game itself can be screwed, but the fan community will be. FoF will live on because I don't think the CONCEPT of "guitar rhythm game" can be copyrighted. Hell, if RedOctane can take legal action against FoF, then Konami can take legal action against RedOctane.

I would of thought scorehero would be in more trouble with RedOctane because they say how to hack their game to pieces.

well hope we dont get screwed. i hear its perfectly legal to distribute music as long as u dont sell it like this dumass.

and tru dat, konami can take action against red octane. but i thought red octane only makes controllers and harmonix makes the game...

Nobody could kill FoF. It's open source, so even if all the FoF sites get shut down, somebody will still have a copy of the source and can continue developing it.

The legality of distributing music varies depending on the country you're in. In the USA, it is technically illegal to share a FULL media file (music, video) at all, unless it is your original property (like you MADE it). I put "full" in caps 'cause it is legal to share a piece of it, or to stream it (radio).

Harmonix were the developing genius behind the game, and RedOctane produced it. RedOctane is responsible for the printing of the retail discs, the peripherals, and the legal battles. Or they would be, but the partnership split up.

delete the last second of a song XD
its usually just silence because most bands pause before the end.

Pretty bogus. The more complaints about them, the better. I encourage everyone who has an Ebay account to do the same.
