well you've hit a brick wall, unless you wanna pay something like 100 dollars a year/month for xma utilities. the easy part is obtaining the chart, the extremely hard/illegal part is getting the audio. it's encoded in xma, which is native to the x360. Theres only one encoder, and thats xmaencode.exe

it depends, Rock Band DLC or GH3 DLC? GH3 dlc is much more difficult as he described
