You are going to need a bluetooth dongle I think
or you might be able to plug it in using mini usb? I dunno read the guide

well it would make sense that the gh3 guitar controller for ps3 uses a usb adapter because that is option for plugging things in on the ps3
at least i think its that way... it is for the rockband ps3 controller, you have to plug in the wireless reciever (usb) then just turn on the controller and walah!

@Aduro yes it does use usb I have Two.
just plug the transceiver into usb and you don't NEED joy2key but to get the strumming to work right you will need to use joy2key and set pov1up to be u or somthing and pov1down to d or somthing them set the controlls the same in game.
