I'm looking to buy a rockband drumkit so that i can get into some drumming on my PC!

What's the best way to go about this..xbox360, ps3, or ps2? any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

probably x360, you wont have as much trouble with that.

The PS3 drumsets (also PS2, they're the same) have fewer problems with breaking than the 360 drum sets. Also, if you're lucky you'll get an EL type drum set with squishy heads out of the box. It doesn't have great rebound but it's stood up to loads of pounding from me. Also, no drivers or anything for PS3 stuff (you may need 360 drivers), so much less hassle.

Out of all of them, I'd say the Wii has the most reliable kick pedal - it's supposedly been beefed up more than the PS3 or the 360's kick pedal.
