But they're professional. Maybe they don't really care as much in college.
Anyway, back ot, The superbowl is over. You can't do anything about it now. Get over it people.

DreamOnMan92 wrote:I personally like to think the game was fixed. Those refs sucked balls, they didn't call half the penalties the Giants committed. Certainly a viable theory, considering how much people seem to hate the Patriots and wanted them to lose so badly.

They didn't call half the Patriots committed either. Not to mention when they played earlier in the year THE SAME REFEREE gave the patriots way too many things their way.

About the video, the guy is biased. He only tells you certain rules to make his story convincing. The play clock kept on running while the officials were determining a spot. The officials had to talk about it, figure how much time to put back on and they did.

The Patriots got outplayed, that's happened many time this year but they actually were able to pull something out of their ass then. Choke.

Nothings gonna happen huh?
Well, there's an online petition going around.
It's been out for less than 24 hours, and it already has over 750 signatures.

Online petitions never achieve anything, and if you believe they can, you're a naive fool.

The only internet protest that ever had any effect on real life is when there was a Facebook group protesting rises in student interest rates, leading Abby National (I think) to back out of their plans.

Anyway, online petitions are worthless. Unless you own the site, then you're raking it in.
Its just like life. Quite interesting in parts, but no substitute for the real thing.
I was wrong... maybe

I'll tell you exactly what can happen. The coach/board of the club may reunite and decide to ask for a annulment of the score, leading to a repeat of the game, which is NOT FAIR because the conditions are not the same, and the athlete's condition is also different by now. But, I'll tell you that they won't ask anything. If their request is refused, the coach can, LEGALLY, sue the club for defamation and the club can even be disqualified, forced to loose sponsorships (no one like to support a lying club) and on top of all this be forced to pay a fine that will surely surpass the revenue of the tickets.
Also, even IF they decide to ask for the annulment, and if it is granted, that will only give you a poisoned gift. From every moment on, whenever that game is mentioned, it will be mentioned as a "polemical game", "polemical decision" or even "controversial", at least. Your adversaries will not gain a defeat and you will simply gain a bad reputation. That event shall be mentioned whenever a injury occurs or whenever the score is at similar conditions, for a very long time.

I bet that idea doesn't seem very good now, does it?

Sports're overrated, tbh... Especially English football (that clears up the confusion, no?), with it's dodgy haircuts...

Hockey owns all.

Anyway, conspiracy theorists aren't too trustworthy anyway. They're always finding something to gawk over.

Edit: I forgot to add that I'm glad the patriots were "robbed". I'm so sick of seeing them all over and I'm glad they got beaten any way
