Damn, it's going to take me a while to make the Linux binary. I installed a 32bit Debian environment, and Amanith is not in apt. And it's a pain in the ass to gather all the libraries for it. And once I got Amanith to compile, I find out that pyAmanith doesn't want to work.
So I'll either try to get pyAmanith to work (GAAAH) or I'll just install a gentoo chroot (GAAAH for compiling). Not now though, since it's quite late here.
If someone else could easily make the binary, go ahead.
But I really like the mod. It works well. Thanks.

funrun - why would i need to use bittorent? It's an easy HTTP download and it's not that large. My server has plenty of BW.
Dark Madigral - The *.sng importer is coming. Freetar has a mechanism to mark HOPO notes in their .sng file irrespective of the time between the notes. I will support direct importing of those along with the explicitly set HOPO notes. Not in this version but in a future one (it did not make the cut).
Dahaloman - you did not read my last message which told you how to change the behavior. Go back and read it again. the 'song' option for HOPO makes all songs have HOPO off, unless they have a line that says 'hopo = on' in the song.ini
MichallusTG - I did not do anything to any fog.

Ok, where can I do that?
C:\Documents and Settings\~user~\Application Data\fretsonfire\fretsonfire.ini
in other news, since enabling hopo (that isn't so f-ing touchy) i have beat many of my old high scores that i had 98 percent on or better and have found that some of the old parts that i could not play that now have hopo are easy to me. i can't wait to go up to amazing!
thx again rf

Many people with custom songs just copy the guitar.ogg to song.ogg and it also wastes space. Winniez was complaining about this. Blame him.

I suppose you want to say "if one is missing, I play both with one file" ?

Ok, two problems.
1. Changing the fretsonfire.ini does absolutely nothing to the notes.
2. Whenever I hit apply new settings when I change a mod, when it restarts, it doesnt load properly and I have to X it out and open it again for the change to work.
One other question. Can we delete the old exe and just use the new one?

Winniez, there's an option called 'miss volume' which does what you want. It is under RFmod settings->Game settings
