But what about when that window comes up asking if I want to save, open, or cancel? So many choices, I can't pick just one!

Oh that is easy.

Step 1: find some 13 year old nerd who knows more about computers than you do about anything else combined

Step 2: pay him $100 to download and set up all of your songs

Step 3: cry in dismay as he put a back door into your computer so he can mess around with it whenever he gets bored

or you could just go to the tune trading forums, find a song you like and download it with the easy step by step set up that the fellows at megaupload and rapidshare (curse their greedy hearts) have set up for you. If you can't handle it from there my suggestion would be to do the tutorial...and do exactly what he says. Hope you have a good keyboard, then you can make enough money off of Ebay to buy a clicking download links for dummies book. Though I certainly hope you are smart enough to handle this.
