We must have done something right: "This listing (290167712426) has been removed or is no longer available."

It looks like that guy made a new account to sell through. Report him!

NIIIIIIIIICE !

If these idiots wont stop and think about what there doing, they deserve it!

The bit that really " Chaps my ass " is the fact, most times its just some dumb kid trying to make a few $$$
But kids are not allowed to have an ebay account, you have to be a certain age to be a member, which means they are lying about there age in there registration / signup form
Which in turn means, there in breach of contract with ebay before they have even bought or sold anything!

Signed up just to reply to this. Really burns my bacon. Don't know if this guy has been reported before, but...

Edit(nwru): Link removed. See my post below.

Now, he's only selling the game, but he's got "Guitar Hero" in the title, which is "keyword spamming" because he's using a brand name, he's misrepresenting the item in his description because he says "A game of musical skill and fast fingers" then a few lines down "This is not a game but a real music production tool", and last but not least, he's got a falsified feedback profile at the bottom of the item's listing, which violates the "third-party endorsements of ebay members" rule.

I've reported him for keyword spamming, but if the rest of you could report the other problems and maybe root through his list to see if you can find something else to report, please do. The guy seems to pretty much exist simply to sell free material to suckers, not just limited to FoF. **** him up, people. I can't stand this kind of thing.

Thanks, and do carry on!

I hate to say this, but he's not really doing anything wrong here. I would say that most open source licensing allows anyone to sell their software without paying the developers or anyone. In the previous auctions, there were tons of songs being offered too.

Sure, it's pretty lame for that guy to make money that way, and also to "keyword spam" like that, but it's nothing that he could get in trouble for.

%3Cbr%3EsPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem]Here[/url] is that link that I took out of the above post. I did this just so people wouldn't "shoot first, ask questions later."

Uh... except maybe for the three direct policy violations I listed in my post? But hey, if you aren't outraged, then... hooray for jerks making money off of other people's work, I guess. Such a lack of concern is almost inspiring.

Lol, what a retard,
Frets on Fire the PC version of Guitar Hero

The PC version of Guitar Hero is Guitar Hero, not fretsonfire.

Other things-
Category : Guitar Hero
Brand : Guitar Hero
Games & Entertainment Type : Guitar Hero
Business & Productivity Type : Guitar Hero

lol.

More things-
The aim of the game is to play guitar with the keyboard as accurately as possible.
THIS GAME COMES Via Digital Delivery.
Frets on Fire is a game of musical skill and fast fingers.

And then he says-
This is not a game but a real music production tool!

lol.
