eBay auctions for Frets On Fire - Report them!

I'm pretty tired of these chumps making money off of other people's hard work. I'm creating this topic to try to get as many of us as possible to report their auctions as eBay policy violations and get them in trouble.

Why? Because they're basically making money from other people's creations from here. Myself, I don't like that they're able to sell a DVD with "illegal" .ogg song files. Granted it's not much worse than what we do here, but that's not the point.

What to do?
1) Click the Report this item link at the bottom of the auction page
2) Select a few options from the following page. I do:
2a) Counterfeits and breach of contract
2b) Bootleg and counterfeit media
2c) Backup films, television programs, music etc.
(I do it this way because the selling of the .ogg files is the worst offense here, in eBay's eyes)
3) Click the Email us link.
4) Click the Send button
That's it! It'll only take you a few seconds.

the GNU gpl allows to sell the game

but this auction is illegal for copyrighted material like the .ogg files

Maybe you can put a splash screen when you first start the game that this is open source software, and if you were duped into purchasing the software, to contact your credit card company.

True, it being open source software someone can just rip it out again, but it probably would stop the majority of people selling it on ebay
