After reading the board about being able to have five more frets with party mode it made me think of playing a double guitar with the idea of having to switch necks and so forth. Then I wondered if anyone here owned one of these double headed beasts and what it's like to play one.
Anyone?
Double Guitars - Anyone out there actually own one?

There are no words. Won't even ask why. lt's interesting that RO made a double-guitar though... I've yet to browse through their collection of small plastic axes.

They didn't. It's a custom axe made from 2 cherry SGs.

Well 'scissor me timbers,'
Whoever made it did a great job on it. You can't even tell in the video (but that's party due to the poor quality). Hopefully no one has the spare time to mod the GH controllers after something Pat Metheny or Michael Angelo Batio would play.

Ditto. Hopefully they wouldn't wear a pizza suit like the gut with the double gibson.
Well, I guess stuff like that works for Buckethead :p

I believe the pizza suit is what got him partial internet fame. If he was just dressed normally, it would just be another video demo of some guy's mod. But with the suit:
"Hey did you see that GH video on youtube?"
"which one?"
"the one with the double guitar."
"um..."
"The pizza suit guy."
"OOOHHHH, HIM! Yeah, that was awesome!"
He probably wanted to save himself the embarrassment of jumping around online (god only knows why) so he did it in costume. Which accidentally made him way more famous than he would have originally been.
