Been working on this for the past couple days, figured I'd share it.

Works with a 360 guitar, not sure about PS2 or PS3. Should work, in theory, with PC guitars.

Play music on your guitar controller :D

EDIT:

Here's a screenshot. This is without a controller hooked up though, so the readouts aren't what you'd see.

Gonna have a peek now. Shall edit in teh opinion.

EDIT: Hnnn! Doesn't work with my SG :(

EDIT 2: Here's my buttons (Using a 4-axis, 16-button PS2 adapter):

Green Fret - Button 6
Red Fret - Button 2
Yellow Fret - Button 1
Blue Fret - Button 3
Orange Fret - Button 4
Tilt - Button 5
Select - Button 9
Start - Button 12
Strum Up - Y-Axis Positive
Strum Down - Y-Axis Negative

I get no response whatsoever (Actually, I lie... I get one noise, and that's it)

Tilt becomes a button?

I can make a PS2 mode that switches the mapping, but it's odd that the tilt isn't an axis.

What about the whammy bar?

Yea I'm getting nothing registering here, I have X-plorer and it works fine with GH3, any ideas. This really sounds like a cool idea.

I think I used to have something like this, I think it's called FretBuzz. Made by those dudes of the Guitar Zeros.

Hrm, it worked with the 360 X-Plorer on three different PCs I tried it on. Make sure it's the only joystick plugged in, it has to be joystick #1.

For PS2 controllers, I'll have to either add a way to switch to PS2 mode, or a way to assign your own buttons. The latter would take longer, but would probably be a better idea.
