As mentioned in my other topic, we're interested in expanding the capabilities of these forums via phpBB modifications. There are tons out there that can add new features and make everyone's life easier. Many can be found in phpbb.com's mod database and some can be found elsewhere.
Reply below if you find any worthwhile mods that you think would fit in well with our needs/wants. Also feel free to +1 or comment on other user's posts.
Thanks!

Re: Call for phpBB modifications to add
This mod would be pretty nice to have added, it adds BBcode buttons and smileys to the quick reply.
Topic Age Warning displays a warning to members when they attempt to reply to a topic that has had no replies for a specified amount of time. Hopefully it would help cut down the amount of necroposts in the tune posting board.

We already have a warning system in place for that. "You are attempting to reply to a topic that is X years and Y months old. Instead, please begin a new topic, or search for another related topic that may be more suitable."

Thank You Feature
This was highly requested in the Survey Topic.
Topic Solved (Pretty sure we don't have this yet)
Could work well to help organize the tech support. May prevent members asking the same questions over and over as well.

Re: Call for phpBB extensions to add
Since I am pulling phpBB into 3.1.x, the mod database is too outdated for us. Now it's all about extensions.
Here is the current phpBB extension database: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/extensions-36
Most old modifications can be converted over to extensions, so we should be able to accomplish most of what we want/need.
