can you mod the in game text for example the difficulty would say wimp instead on easy or expert would say extreme etc. also what about the fret boards? if you can can some one tell me how?

Easy there, buddy, don't be bumpin' like a madman. I believe what you look for is somewhere in the DTB file or so, take a look around ScoreHero and you should find alot of tools and info you can use.
