Youtube Partnership?

So, I got asked for a partnership on youtube today.
Is that a big deal?
It sounds like there saying it's only for one video and I can make money off it.

How else do the famous people afford all of that stuff for their videos?

It doesn't look like they're actually asking you, it just looks like a default message you get when one of your videos reaches a certain view point.

I doubt you'll get it.

it amazes me that somehow Beberle2 has partnership and GHP doesnt...

beberle2 joined youtube nearly more than a year before phenom... a possible reason?
