I'm running FoFiX 3.10 on Ubuntu 9.04 and every now and then the game will randomly pause. I have no idea what is causing this, I thought it could be to do with my key bindings ( 1 to 5, backspace as pick) but once it paused during an intro before any notes appeared. This can be very annoying as it's now almost impossible to fc songs. It can happen up to 4 times during a song, and sometimes never, it's very erratic. Also during the pausing it will switch back to windowed mode, which I can't interact with until I move the window around, and sometimes I just have to kill the process.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

What's in your log when this happens?

Thanks for such a quick reply.
I'm gonna sound like a noob but which file contains the log, I can't see a file in the root FoFiX folder which implies it contains the log.

Re: Game pauses in Ubuntu
It should be ~/.fretsonfire/fretsonfire.log or ~/.fofix/fofix.log
(I forget whether we made that switch before or after the release of 3.100.)
