Im browsing through ebay looking for a spare controller and came across this.

well FoF is open sorce so anyone can use it, but i dont think they can sell it without permission from the creators, plus hes including all the songs from GH1 & 2 so that right there is breaking the law ( copyright infringment) plus hes also including about 250 songs of custom made tracks, im sure most of our song writers here havnt given permission for there songs to be sold online either. so no he definatly shouldnt be doing what hes doing. in my opinion, he should be killed then fed to the pigs to finish him off

If someone has an ebay account they should report it,

Sodding disgraceful if that feedback is real. The user has been a member for almost a year so I would guess it is sadly. Still, I think i'll email ebay about this.

this is worse than that guy selling stepmania on ebay! at least he gave the name, said it was a download, and gave a realistic description of the features for that one, this guy is making everyone think it's actually guitar hero for PC. and if i find out that some of my songs made it on there, i'd give you any object you asked for mmsven.

DITTO. Only 2 items he's sold AREN'T FoF. And these people leave awesome feedback without even mentioning the OBVIOUS differences from Guitar Hero? IMBECILES!

he made 90 ******* dollars selling something free. beating him to death isn't painful enough. ready for the ultmate torture (straight from my friend, hehehe).

grab two boards and put his **** in between them. then nail through the boards, bend the nail so it cant be taken out and set the wood on fire.

like i said, it's one thing to sell it as "Frets on Fire" because then people can google it, and it's their own stupidity if they pay for it. but selling it as "Guitar Hero for PC" is illegal, especially since he used fan frettings, and they can't even google it to find out it's free because he didn't use the real name.

and personally, i'm a fan of castration with a spoon.
