Those hockey pucks... - ...where do I get them?

I saw a lot of screen shots with notes and keys that look lik some sort of hockey pucks or something. Where do I get them, 'cause all I got are the keys look like normal keyboard keys and notes that look like flat donuts that sometimes have a globe in the hole. Also, what is the difference between notes that have a globe in it and the ones who don't. Anyway, see my screen.

You can download other notes on this board, just browse through the Mod Discussion forum.

The little globes denote notes that are 'tappable'. In that, if you strum the note immediately before a series of these notes you will be able to play these notes just by pressing the fret buttons at the right time, without strumming. This can also be called Ho/Po (Hammer on/Pull off) althogh due to a poor implementation they are closer to tapped notes then Ho/Po's.

So if there's no globe I have to strum, but if there is a globe I can just change the frets without pressing "Enter" again, right?

And what's with the timer?

1st off ure screenshot doesnt work (nvm), 2nd off the timer is a feature of the great almighty RF mod, 3rd off the hockey pucks are called "Fozz notes/keys" and u can find them at ure local ice skating ring. 4th off, chances are that the fozz keys wont work with new FoF, 5th off, neither will RF mod, 6th off, to solve all of your problems download the old FoF (1.1.324) with RF mod

the RF mod does so much that would help performance..
i.e. memory leaks...
its a serious problem how can you be avoiding it?
