Me and my friends were thinking today who makes the best video game music ? be it company or person what do you think ?

Nintendo. Super Mario Galaxy has some of the best music I've ever heard, ever.

Rockstar doesn't exactly make the music, do they? They simply compile a few songs to go in the game.

As far as music making goes, I love Zelda music, so Nintendo.

I should probably say SquareSoft or SquarEnix. They were originally Square.

Koji Kondo (Legend of Zelda, Super Mario,etc.) and Kazumi Totaka (Animal Crossing) are my two favourites!

To this day i retain that the soundtrack to Final Fantasy Vl is the best soundtrack to a game.

im going to go against the Squaresoft Konami Nintendo japanise developer trend in this thread and say Westwood that have been brought out by EA for the great Command And Conquer Soundtrack some sick riffage in those songs
