You wouldn't believe how many midgets they can fit in those Rock Band boxes.

Blowjobs only come with the bundle pack. Check Amazon

Damnit! I don't use Amazon (and the last time I did was for a half-price GH80s...)

Either way... This new genre war should be interesting. I'll scope out what they get up to.

@vedicardi's GH3 comment: And yet you recruited Pup, who frets in a way similar to 'scorehero retards' for FOFHero 2.

Huh? Was that supposed to insult me for using inverted commas around the words "Scorehero Retards", which I was using as a mini-quote? ???

Guitar Rising looks ok, probably won't buy it though. I mean, it claims it teaches you, but it is all tabs! It has a lame soundtrack too. Well, Ultimate Band looks ok. The soundtrack looks horrid though. Jonas Brothers? Come on! And, I don't trust Disney to fret my songs :)

Anyway, Rock Rev... looks ok. I mean I dislike the POV of this game, can't play like that. Song list is definitely better than Ultimate Band! Won't get either. Maybe GH4, if not just stick with FoF. BTW: Kinda off-topic, but does anyone know HOW yu are going to import songs into GH4? I heard mp3 player, but that sounded bizzare. Is it through Hard Drive or something else?

The market is already split between GH and RB. I don't think there is any more room for rock-related rhythm games. Guitar Hero is only still out there because it caters to the hardcare toy-guitarists who like all the wankery in the TTFAF-type solos, and if GH4 compromises their song selections to have good parts for all the instruments instead of epic guitar riffs then I don't even see why anyone would prefer GH to RB.

Revolution will fail because the songs are covers, and it looks more like re-themed DDR. Any kid who gets it for christmas who doesn't already have RB or GH will be like, "Uh... thanks mom," and then try to sell it back to game store for 25% the purchase price to put towards GTA4.

All the other games are just out there to confuse christmas shoppers into buying the wrong game.

The only way I see another one of these games cracking the market would be if a splinter team from RB wanted to return to where they left of with GH2 and decide to create a guitar-only game with absolutely wicked songs.

Major bump, to complain about Ultimate Band:

WHY MUST THEY PUT SUCH AWESOME SONGS WITH THE JONAS BROTHERS?!

THE WHO, THE WHITE STRIPES, AND CHEAP TRICK > THE JONAS BROTHERS

:C

Spoiler:

It's not a real goose, it's only a picture of one.

I'll take that bump thancue.

Revolution looks like it has a good setlist, but Konami=good frettings? If Spirit of Radio isn't like the exact fretting as mine then screw it, I already have all those other songs.

Oh yeah, that's the other thing, WAY TO MANY REPEATS AND VERY FEW NEW SONGS. I can't really see Konami putting out mega hard songs anyway. I'll stick with my RB2, which I love to death, and GH4, AFTER I play it.

Hey here's something no one seems to realize about any of RR's setlist:

They're ALL covers.

Same with GH1-2, but no one complained really. Or, not that many.

I'm fine with covers as long as they don't drastically change the song.
