is it possible to turn off starpower? tried to set SP refill to None but special notes keep coming, and i hate them

Don't activate it then

i got that far... but my problem is that instead of nice colorful notes i get plain white, which (apart from looking ugly) makes determining which notes are HO/PO and which are not difficult, not to mention starpower fillup noises...
an option to turn all this off would be greatly appreciated (probably not just by me, i am quite sure there are others around who hate SP with all their heart)

Hello? in the gameplay merge mult2.png with multB.png. Fix it! and fix the code to NOT increase the size of the multiplier! Or instance: the 1x multiplier is fit, then 2x to 4x is increased size!
