Nice job. So should I try a distortion-lessening set?

Just use spinnotes.png for animated notes.
Thanks for the updated notes, they look a lot better.
I think I'll make a remake of my old 1.2 setup. (Noob keys, hering notes, a 80% opacity black neck, a black background, GH flames, and electric hitglow.) Those were the days...

Now we just need an EPIC LIGHT mod, and we're set.

I did use spinnotes.png. If you look, it's in the folder. It just doesn't do anything. I think that's because it's a rock band theme...
And I would prefer if the frets were on fire DURING overdrive as opposed to when I'm building it up...

Also, if anyone wants to make less distorted notes, please feel free. I'll do some RF mod type ones soon and post them... but for the original notes to look less distorted would be good, thanks.

Edit:
blazingamer wrote:Ah, very nice, I really like the look of this remake, although I'm going to stick with my notes and keys, the ones in this are too distorted. One thing however, are you using animated stages to get the alternating lights because that might be a bit much, I suggest setting them in the stage.ini if they aren't already.

You can use the satge.ini in Alarian? I didn't know that... I'm giving it a go now, but it seems to hang on loading the song now... Is there something I'm missing? I tried converting the svgs to pngs... I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

Ditto.

Thing is, I just made the notes from a screenshot in the game. FoF skewed them like that by itself. Since it seems to be the consensus that they look wrong, try these notes:
Edit: Fixed notes

After some more feedback I might mess with the graphics a bit more and tweak things to make look better (the drum notes will need to be fixed like this too) then release a new version...
