It's really a pain when you want to take a screenshot and then you press PrintScreen to copy the shot, but you forget to actually paste it on an Image Editing program! It'll be cool if there was a screenshot option where you can press PrintScreen and it will store the shot in JPEG, GIF, or PNG format on a folder in the FoF root folder or something like that.

One problem: Lag. I don't want the screen capture. I want a screenshot. If you don't know the difference:
Screen Capture: Video
Screeshot: Picture
And I won't bother downloading it, since it's just a trial, and it's much harder to find the former free version. Besides, I only need the screenshot option, I don't need to see my FPS and all that other stuff.

I used Fraps once but it really did slow the game down even if I have a pretty decent computer. Now I've changed to some program called CamStudio and up to now it's been working pretty well and it hasn't slowed down my computer (atleast I haven't noticed anything). So I guess I'll recommend i-.... ..wait a sec.. ...Oh, I just noticed that it doesn't have the ability to take screenshots
.. Pretty weird since I've been under the impression that it does have screenshot :p .. ****..

They can mean the same thing.

This is straight from wikipediaScreenshot
Outputting the entire screen in a common format such as BMP, PNG, or JPEG.
Screen capture
Capturing the screen over an extended period of time to form a Video file. (see video capture)
Right, first off wiki is **** , users input the information on there, so if i wanted i could say that screen capture means a big black and white bear AKA panda. wiki means nothing.
second: screenshot and screen capture can mean the same thing, they are both forms of screen capture, its just one is a single frame and the other is multiple frames, what would it be if i was to do a "screen capture" but export it as seperate frames not video, does that mean it becomes thousands of screenshots, or is it still a capture?? they are both ther same ,i work with video and picture grabs on a daily basis, so its kinda my job to know a bit about this.
Yes fraps will slow down your computer, but only while your capturing, a single frame capture would not be noticed. so you could use fraps to take single frame grabs no problem.
But if you really cant be bothered with fraps, Like Winniez said try using hypersnap DX, it is just a single image capture, but its ok.
if your interested fraps captures uncompressed, so its virtually lossless, where as most other capturing programs will compress the file slightly and can give you nasty blocky edges. thats why fraps video files are so large coz there uncompressed.
