Many of you may know my Frets of Zelda mod (can be found here)
But now, with the help of Slantyr, it's finally ported to Alarian 2.0
This mod only works with Alarian mod 2.0 (download it here), but you may want to install some hotfixes to improve your gameplay (download here)
EDIT: Slantyr ported the mod again, so now it's available for Ultimate Coffee V2 to.
Install:
Alarian 2.0
Download and install a good working version of Alerian mod 2.0.
Download this mod and replace the "GHIII Mod" folder with the one located
in your data folder (the data folder can be found in your Frets on Fire
folder)
Put the necks in your "necks" folder (also located in your data folder).
Turn your theme to GHIII in your game settings, and you're ready to go
Ultimate Coffee V2.
Get a good clean install of UC v2, download Frets of Zelda for UC v2, rename the "GHIII Mod Zelda" to "GHIII mod", replace it with your own "GHIII Mod" folder (located in your data folder, wich is licated in your Frets on Fire folder).
In the folder are 7 stages, choose the one you want to use and rename it to "stage.png"
Next, download the Background fixes and put it in your mod folder (also located in your data folder).
Next turn the backgroundfixes on in your mod settings, switch your theme to GHIII, and you're ready to go.

CREDITS:
Slantyr: Because he ported this mod and provided me with the images needed for that (I made some changes, though)
Alarian (and UC): Because his mod is the base for this mod.
Jnuz: Because he was the original creator of the notes, we only edited them
Gamexprt1: Because he made the most awesome patch

Other things:
I'm not a coder, I'll try to help you as much as I can but please don't ask things like "please make whammy bar" or "please fix practice mode"
If you can make a mirror I would really appreciate it.
I'll put your name next to it ofcource. :;):
If you got some additions, or ideas, please post them here and I can make and add them to the mod.
Have fun!
Frets of Zelda - This time for Alarian 2.0 !!

Uh, this is brutal... There are some fatal flaws:
- Weird mix of Rock Band and Guitar Hero mod stuff.
- Poor sizes and design choice.
- Non-Zelda pictures.
- Messy editing flaws (such as random floating artifacts and poor aliasing).
- JPEG pictures.

- Why is it a weird mix? it's a Zelda mod, nothing to do with GHIII and RB
- I disagree
-There is one non-Zelda picture in it that Slantyr made, but I kept it in because it's awesome
- What randomly floating artifacts?
- As far as I know there are only PNG format images, but I'll double check it.
EDIT: You were right about the JPEG, I've replaced it, now I only have to re-upload the mod. :;):
EDIT 2: I uploaded the new rar, this includes the fixed mod.

i got a chance to check out ateshu's changes and they look great. (good job)
the artifacts that gameprt is probably talking about are in the counter png. but none of them show on screen that's why they didn't get removed.
(i had to do a lot of tinkering to make the sword counter look good in two player.)
and if you put the notes on a black background (when they're not moving ) you can see where i cut up the glows.
but you can't see it in gameplay. i run this game at 1280x1024 and it looks great.
