get Audacity here
Open the mp3/WAV
and hit File> Export as Ogg Vorbis

Or if you can use a midi editor program like ANVIL STUDIO ( free ) or Cakewalk pro audio, Guitar pro, powertab editor, Fruity loops! Basically any program that can edit midi files will work :)

Except Acid Pro 6.... it saves all the midis as multitracks by default, and FoF doesn't read them correctly....

Says something about "The selected Midi track is empty"

Something like that anyways.
