OK, I know there is no Face-Off mode, but I have a plan as to how it can be done, by re-positioning the whole rock meter, and using some scripting. Right now, all we have is Co-op I think, but no real Face-Off mode where failing doesn't exist.

Everyone knows that in GH in Face-Off, when the meter is on the blue side at the end, Player 1 wins, or Player 2 wins if it's at the blue side. Here's the plan to make this happen:

Using the rock meter, we can change the colors to Blue if Player 1 is winning, red if Player 2 is winning, and yellow if it is tied. To change the colors, we could get the value of the rock meter, like:

if rockmeter value < 50, change the rock meter red. At the end of the song, the game checks again, and says Player 1 wins at the Game Results screen.

if rockmeter value = 50, change the rock meter yellow. At the end of the song, the game checks again, and says tied game at the Game Results screen, and there could be more options like Sudden Death or something.

if rockmeter value > 50, change the rock meter blue. At the end of the song, the game checks again, and says Player 2 wins at the Game Results screen.

As for positioning, we could rip or make a GH meter and put it in the middle between the 2 fretboards. The scores would go on the respective sides, with just text like in Vanilla FOF. Same goes for the Jurgen Power, or if it is possible, put it on each side of the GH meter.

It couldn't be that hard to implement, right? I thought of this today, but maybe some of you had already thought of this. Just throwing it out there.

EDIT: Not sure if it goes here. Sue me :p.

That's an awesome idea.
If you can read this then you've gone too far.

According to this, if it's on red (the neglected, hated color of this thread), then both players lose.

Not in face-off. It's like this:

See that meter in the middle? If it's in the blue (like in the pic) then at the end of the song Player 1 wins. If it's in the red, Player 2 wins.

when the meter is on the blue side at the end, Player 1 wins

Player 1 wins if it's on blue.
But...
Player 2 wins if it's at the blue side

Player TWO wins if it's on the blue side.
According to your sentence.
:D
Just a small error.

Ok, yogo, we get it.
He made a typo.

You didn't have to create this whole argument about it.

You understood what he meant, and you still decided to try and make him look foolish, but while doing that you also made yourself look foolish.

Dude, I don't think he was arguing.

I feel like an idiot for those typos, and I feel even more idiotic for making that typo twice!

I don't care if yogo makes me look foolish, even though I could do that myself ( :) ) but can we get some feedback about it? I'm eagerly waiting for H3r1n6's reply. :)

Ok, why would you want h3r1n6s feedback about yogo making you look foolish?? My feedback is it isn't nice to make fun of others. OK, i know what you meant about feedback. I'm just kidding around. I would personally like to see something like this get put into h3r1n6s mod or something like this as well. Seems to bring even more head-to-head challenging fun to the table. Great idea!!!

I wasn't trying too.

You're one of the very few not noobish people on here, and that's quite an accomplishment. You've certainly earned my respect.

Lol. You don't make a persuasive arguement.

Edit: On topic, this would be fun. Can't wait for a release.

No, that is not a typo. I did that on purpose. Which means it's not a mistake. Which means:

Are you finished Chad? You're ruining a good thread. You don't need a huge ******* picture to say he fails because he corrected you. I don't think it's normal to abbreviate three letter words, so he does have a good point.
Noobs, you can learn a lesson from this. If you use leetspeak on this forum, it usually means you have an IQ less then 50, and I will flame you.
