FoFix is perfect other then this one thing...
When im starting out a song it acts as if i've already missed notes. I mean the bar doesen't start off at full it's pretty much already half way down before you even attempt to play the first note.. because of this I usually end up failing out on harder songs. Other then that I think everything is perfect.

That's how it's supposed to work. If you've played Guitar Hero before, you'll notice that the rock meter starts right in the middle.
In Rock Band it's a bit different, but it still never starts at a full rock meter.

Look at it as if it's half way full (placebo effect).

Look at it this way: In the Guitar Hero series, you start out as a new band with new fans; they don't automatically hate you, and they don't automatically think that you're amazing, so their opinion has not formed yet. Therefore, the crowd is awaiting, which is right in the middle. The rock meter is based upon how well you perform, and what the crowd thinks of you. Would it make sense to be a loyal fan (Green) to a band you haven't heard yet?

Why would you be loyal to something you haven't heard? That makes no sense at all.
Re: FoFix is perfect other then this one thing...
It's also irrelevant. The point is, to answer the original issue, that there is no game (that I know of) that starts with a full rock meter; FoFiX follows this trend by starting at the halfway point.

Encores on GH2 and GH3 (possibly more games) start at full rock meter, if you count those.
Switchfoot - Meant to Live (now with drums)
Delirious? - Investigate (Live)

It is no big deal if the meter is halfway down, just start hitting notes and it will ascend.

It starts wherever it was when the last song ended.

I remember refusing the encore when it originally comes, then going back and playing it normally, and starting at full rock meter. I can check it if you want.PiXeLaDo wrote:coolguy567 wrote:Encores on GH2 and GH3 (possibly more games) start at full rock meter, if you count those.
