Re: 100.1%?
Counting of drum notes across drum fills was buggy in 3.100.

Question: Why only 4 stars?
Maybe he didn't bother using star power
I also like how it's 2995/2992
Re: 100.1%?
For some reason Rock Band songs kinda act weird in FoF. Like I'll clearly miss notes on songs, but still get 100% anyway and towards the end it counts the total notes, and the notes hit and adds them to the totals. So like I'll come up to a note and it'll say 944/944 and after i hit the note it'll change to 945/945 and keep doing that till song ends.

Really, I didn't do all the notes. I lost some.

Re: 100.1%?
Like jstump said, notes across drum fills (and big rock endings, for the record) count when they shouldn't in 3.100.
I think this was fixed in 3.120.

I think that's what's going on when i play Rock Band songs, cause i have Big Rock Endings disabled i think it may confuse the total note count and actually gives you notes at the end of songs (regardless if you miss them or not, which would substitute for the notes you may have missed in the song), where normally you'd just wail on the guitar buttons.
In other words when FoF builds the total note count before a song, it don't add the notes that are in place of a big rock ending (if Big Rock Endings are disabled) and adds them as they are hit when the ending is reached. So i imagine then it has to reset the note count to compensate, which in turn replaces the notes you missed in the actual song. A possible glitch/bug maybe? I can't say for certain as it's more or less my theory on why it does that.
