No... I would much rather play what's actually there than random notes, strumming as fast as I can... Then again, I'm sure many people on the forum (not regulars) would want it. I would not use it and I don't know how we would implement it anyway... There's no program to do such a thing that I know of.

Last I checked, FoFiX has them (and drum fills, which are a vaguely related idea). They work rather nicely, but they are optional.

I'd rather play what's actually there, one of the things I didn't like about Rock Band 1/2 is that there wasn't an option to do just that...hardcore rock ending? I don't know. >.>
