You're not suggesting that keyboards are inferior do you?

Nope. The guitar would be easier for some things, like the double strumming sections. But I prefer the keyboard over the guitar any day.

if u use that idea when u strum at the same pace its goona look like this
0 meaning strum
-time between u lift 1 finger than the other
0-00-0-00-0-00

caus when u strum u let go of 1 key then press the other so its goona have 2 strums right beside each other and make like wrong???
wont it

One pick key will not do a double strum and the other will. This way when you see a fast picking section coming up you could use the second strum for that section.

I have one solution. I've tried this before and it works! :D All you need to do is to press the primary and secondary strum buttons at the same time. Try with TTFAF or Operation Ground and Pound fast strumming part. Don't press both key too fast or you'll over strum.

Actually, this may sound odd, but meh.

If you have a THIN keyboard(for example, a laptop style keyboard).. You can set strum up/down as 2 keys right next to each other, either verticly, horizontily, or diagonaly, and just use your index finger or middle finger, and slide your finger really fast back and forth between the two keys. That's what I used to do when I was using my Laptop to play FoF, and it worked just fine, not much worse than using an actual guitar strum.-- It doesn't work with the thicker keyboards, because your fingerse always hit the edge of the other key and just, don't work.

Sorry for my spelling. Let me know if this helped anyone.

I kinda like the idea, but wouldn't it make 3 strums way too easy? Just pressing two keys for every 3 strums isn't much of a challenge.

I suggest learning to strum fast... it's very easy once you learned it!
