Forum Layout - really hurts my eyes

Hi...

although I am new around here and perhaps shouldn't complain about things in my second post, I will however:

The forum layout hurts my eyes. This red and yellow really is pain to read (for me).

Although looking good for the guest - it would be nice having an alternate skin available which comes closer to ergonomic aspects.
