Is this a known bug or why can't I play f4 (blue) and f5 (purple) frets at the same time?

Is there any way to fix this problem? I heard my friend also got the same problem.

It's not a bug it's just a way to do cheaper keyboards on wich you can't hold down some key combinations I can't neither hold F4 and F5 and press enter but i can with delete so thats my secondary pick

Step 1: Buy a chainsaw
Step 2: Turn on chainsaw
Step 3: Open mouth
Step 4: Swallow chainsaw.

...you're welcome.
Its just like life. Quite interesting in parts, but no substitute for the real thing.

It's also in the FAQ on the Frets on Fire site, dude.
Why am I on this website? I'm clearly over the age limit of 14.

don't be too hard on him. wait til mistake 3, THEN kill him. in the mean time, he's safe. going back to the subject now. it does have to do with the keyboard. i can't do yellow+blue+purple unless i change the frets to 1 2 3 4 6
or
a s d f spacebar

On my keyboard, the only set I found that allows ANY combination of keys to be pressed and "strummed" is 1-2-3-4-7-SHIFT. This will allow 3-fret chords (any) and even 4-fret chords.
