Which mods do that? Could you tell me so it doesn't happen? I have the latest Alarian.

If you are having trouble picking hopos in the latest Alarians, I'm almost positive it's your fault. Picking hopos has always been dodgy in the past, but Alarians is perfect

Well it still seems weird. I know it's not my fault, because it works perfectly in the real Guitar Hero, and it also seems unresponsive when double picking. Does that happen to anyone else?

Do you mean alt strumming?

Yeah, that happens when you are using a controller with a POV hat for a strumbar. The easiest way to fix it is with xpadder or something to rebind the strum bar to keyboard strokes
