This is probably a stupid question, but how do you get your .ogg audio file onto FeedBack?

:D ... You need to put the OGG file to the FeedBack/Songs folder... After that just click "NEW" in FeedBack, and choose the song you just putted there... That should do it!

Using Feedback I completed a chart at 230 BPM. Most notes are 1/8th notes so I cannot use them as HO/PO's. I'd like to drop the BPM to 115 so I can use 1/16th's, but by doing so the notes spread themselves twice as far apart down the chart.
Is there a way to scale down the notes, or a way to force HO/PO's on 1/8th's, or any method besides starting over?

Well I use the newest capo mod, wich makes all 1/8 notes hopos! :) But for you who doesn't have that. You need to start over if you wanna make them hopos... BUT if I were you I would finish the song, and when ready, go to the ingame editor, and change the BPM of the song to 115... that should make them hopos... But after this the notes won't follow the beat lines... But I guess, you care more about the hopos! :)

I forgot to add that there's some slight BPM changes throughout the song. I guess the in-game editor would throw that way off.. But oh well, I've found that the song is fun enough without all the HOPOs, and certainly more difficult.. Should be ready to upload soon ;D

Thanks!

Why do you want the file to sng format? I've never used that method, so I can't say... I use GHex to convert it directly to notes...

.Chart to .sng?

NONONONONONONONONONONONO!

That nukes the following:

1: Variable BPM
2: Any difficulties other than Expert
3: Any alternate instruments you've fretted (bass, drums etc.)

First, GHex is Here.

Second, you set the tempo errrr BPM in db.
The midi you read to help ya with the note placement does have a function to display BPM (look in puppetz' first post for directions on how to find/use it!) which can vary song by song and section by section.
Even then, it's usually wrong anyway. :)

Use the BPM shown in FL as a "jumping off point" of sorts.
If a song goes out of sync even with the BPM in FL set in db, use anchors to fix it.

Third, don't waste your time with .chart -> .sng -> NOTES.
It destroys variable BPM.
I know because I tried it! :p

EDIT:
OOPS! I made a typing error.
So sleepy...
