hey, just saw your theme, its OK, but considering other aspects, it simply SUCKS if you ask my cousin and friends.
I may help you get things done, first of all, don't make it look like a rip of another theme by putting different background images, you gutta go way far than that.
If you wanna make this look impressive, Make the HUD work, here are some ideas:
-Money count can show your score
-Life-meter may show note streak (yeh, if U fail to hit a note, it reaches zero, you'd be dead)
-Your wanted level stars may represent your performance star rating
-Make it's menus look more like the PC version of GTAVC, this looks way too GH80s theme
-The Ingame clock may show the song countdown :D
-well, I don't know how to show the rockmeter and overdrive/starpower meter, but you surely gotta put score multiplier en the Weapon selector (that thing showing which gun u're using right now)
As for the notes, I strongly recommend GH3 frets and some Modern Grunge V1.1 notes, they look really kool.
