GHM Rockmeter positioning???

Can anyone tell me where i can get the GHM rockmeter positioning. ive looked everywhere!

How can you get FoFiX to put the meters in the GH:M positioning? (You can't atm)
Where is the code to change the positioning? (I'm not sure, but I'd check guitarscene.py)
Or the actual positioning of actual GH:M? (you have to judge off screenshots)

That's because it's part of the source code for the game. It's a python file.
