It's not a cheat any more, per se, it's a handicap. So you get a score reduction. This is shown while you're playing a song, and deducted at the end. The only handicap which reduces your score to 0 now is Jurgen playing every note I think.

By the way, with all this star stuff that's been going on lately, I have a feature request of sorts (very low priority). The ability to have separate images for each game results star.
(maybe like resultstar(12345), resultstarperfect, resultstarblank)
It's kinda an odd request, I know. But my thinking is that if you set the game result star separation to 0, then with 7 different images (0-5 and gold) you can build up some sort of image. Like parts of a robot, for example. The more stars, the more complete the robot... or whatever.

I like it. I also expect a theme to build me a robot if/when I get around to doing it.

Congratulations to all developers! I wish I were around at the actual moment, but, alas, it was 3:30 AM for me...

My installer will be delayed because I probably won't have access to my Windows machine today until about 8 PM (GMT-5).

Now for development to once again take off at a furious pace...

Thanks a lot guys, I'll probably keep with SVN, it's much better than going the Linux binary route, but it is so much cleaner in here. xD

I only have too low importance issues to ask about.

Is there any news on the alternative sound library for pitchbend? Us Linux users seem to get nothing but static on that.

Also, any general or rough idea when a AV delay setup tool will be implemented?

Again, I know these are low importance, and I'm certainly not making demands. Just checking the status of things that aren't mentioned very often. :)

A small feature request/tweak was brought up in the Rock Band 2 theme thread.
Maybe some dev could tweak the default values for rock band themes to match the original POV from Rock band.

Red is how FoFiX does it now and Blue is how it looks in the real RB2.

Yay! 3.1 is finally complete, now to start working on 3.120! We got quite a lot done in between 3.0 and 3.1, I think this was the largest jump in functionality and performance we've had so far.
