open them with an image viewer and look if they are still 1px.
Re: Rock Band 2 : Continues..[1.6.5] Revision 34..by [K.i.D]™
Yeah, that's the point I'm trying to make. Ever since the change to one pixel, things have been bugged like that.
The only reason I bring up the GH theme issues, is because there was a similar thing where... certain conditions... would cause the tails to not display. It was merely thinking aloud as to whether or not these two instances could be related.
In any case, here is proof that I'm not insane.
As you can see in the first screenshot, my old copy of the theme has the larger tails, it worked fine. The latest revision has the one pixel tails, and the result is what you see in the second screenshot, with no tails on the blue or green note, whereas the picked red note is the only one with a tail, and no sidebars to speak of.
Pardon any hard to understand things. I'm a little tipsy on schnapps at the moment. Time to join the IRC.

I see that, I do.Lysdestic, in an attempt to hide his incorrigible nature, hastily wrote:Pardon any hard to understand things. I'm a little tipsy on schnapps at the moment. Time to join the IRC.
Also, 1px images are bad always. pygame + 1px = 0px or px1
pygame + 2px = px2, px1
pygame + 3px = px3, px1, px2
pygame + 4px = px4, px1, px2, px3
pygame + npx = pxn, px1, px2, [...] , pxn-2, pxn-1
I don't know how consistent it is, but it is the cause of Annoying Lines in Themes of Every Variety.

So, it's quite possible that if the image is duplicated to be 2 pixels tall instead of one, that may fix the problem? I don't have the problem, so I can test, but if true that's one of the weirdest fixes ever (beats that time I stopped some program from using 100% cpu by changing a line of code from Sleep(0) to Sleep(1)... Speaking of sleep *yawn* )

You need to update to FoFix 3.100 RC1 (It's the latest version) or you could become an alpha tester and update FoFix trough SVN (serach how-to on the forum please).

Too bad its the exact copy of Rock Band 2. I said the same thing when I played Rock Band for Wii the first time. I changed it in mine. Just get a different neck and name it the same as the overdrive neck, and just replace it.

Just to be clear - it's not FoFiX 3.100 RC1 you need - it's FoFiX 3.100 Final.

Oh that's bad. I'll replace it then, but will the svn keep replacing the file?

No. As long as you replace the file - and not delete it - you're fine. And if you ever want to go back to the official file just delete your changed file and update.
