Just like your words! I get it! You said it slowly, as if to imply that the rate of your speech is correlated with the speed of the game. Now, I may be incorrect in suggesting this sort of causal flow here, but try "gamesolagggy0_0" and see if that works any better for you.
Or possibly give more information that could help us fix the problem. Is this new with a revision? Always? In certain areas? Are you just picky that it's not perfect?

Hmm sometimes it is laggy.
What about a suggestion in the character selection. What about if every character has its own neck like Guitar Hero World Tour create a rocker. Every instrument has a neck.
* = character name

*neckoverdrive.png
*bassneckgroove.png
*guitarnecksolo.png
or

Re: FoFiX v3.1xx development thread
Wow, it's been a long time since I last posted here. I had to bring my grades up before I failed all my classes…
Anyway, looks like a lot of progress has been made toward separate user profiles and control styles. Pretty awesome. One thing though regarding the solo fret buttons, one the XBox 360 controller, the solo buttons just push two buttons at once, button 9 (according to Windows control panel, FoFiX would call it Btn i) and the corresponding regular fret button. This means when you press the red solo button, the computer reads button 2 AND button 9 at the same time. You could say button 9 is a modifier that says the fret button being pressed is a solo button. Unfortunately, this button could be a little difficult to configure for anything since currently FoFiX only sees the fret button being pressed. I hope that made sense…

NumPy 1.3.0, with full Python 2.6 support, has been released (link: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/numpy/ ... hon2.6.exe)
and
PyOpenGL 3.0.0 final has been released too (link: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/pyopen ... .win32.exe)
it would be nice if somebody could update the RunningUnderPython26 wiki

I'm on it.
Nice to hear - we can probably learn more about how we can optimize our OpenGL usage.
---- EDIT ----
Links to dependency modules from the wiki updated in r1249.
Now if only pygame 1.9.0 would come out...

Not what you think it is. All hopos in FoFiX are automatically generated based on how far apart notes are, as well as some other rules. You're probably talking about the custom hopos which have been placed manually by the song's creators and those aren't supported yet. It's been requested many times.
And it has nothing at all to do with MFH's optimisations.

Re: FoFiX v3.1xx development thread
I have no problem with HOPOs on mine. I still get them.
Try checking your HOPO settings (in the "Gameplay Settings" menu). You might need to turn advanced options on.

Re: FoFiX v3.1xx development thread
yea ok that sorta works better, not too much tho, i was wondering tho ok im playing bite the hand that feeds on MEDIUM!
heres how the hopo is without "most" on
green red red green red yellow no hopos at all
and this is what it should be, strum on green red red, then hopo on the last green and red notes then strum on yellow and then repeat.
hopo settings of "most" is rather cumbersome and lazy
I know that the hopo system was changed, it would be nice if it could be put back the way it was, i don't always want to play with the alarian mod all the time id like to play with MFH FOFix, id like "normal" to be as the above hopo system describes, but i guess we can't have everything in life

Re: FoFiX v3.1xx development thread
Hi, everyone!
I'm going to add some shaders to fofix. But still have problems with using textures in shaders. If someoone knows how to use textures in GLSL, please, contact me.
I'll make test rev soon, when i finish code optimizations.

Re: FoFiX v3.1xx development thread
Is anyone else having trouble with score uploading?
When I play a song, I'll get a message saying "Scores uploaded, but no new highscore!" but the songs don't show up in the recently played list or on my player profile over at the charts....
