Re: 4X - Fast, Fully Customized Theme for FoFiX 4 [Public Be
i had a look at the simpler notes (the ones that you took screenshots of?), and i would say that they're still a bit complicated.

Re: 4X - Fast, Fully Customized Theme for FoFiX 4 [Public Be

This object was created in thread id xxxxx and this is thread id yyyyy" how can i fix it??? thanks btw its a great theme
Re: 4X - Fast, Fully Customized Theme for FoFiX 4 [Public Be
This is a FoFiX issue (FoFiX issue 456), not theme specific. I get the same error on Megalight:

I actually really like this theme. It's unique and we don't seem to get a lot of that with themes nowadays.

i downloaded your theme, and i think that it's going to be my theme for when i need to take it easy on my system.
i'd just like to say that i really love the frets, really hate the tails, and that i think that its too hard to distinguish between the hammerons.
other wise cool story bro.

I just added an optional overdrive fill.png to turn on shader tails (RB2 mode) and uploaded a new note with smaller hopo's 2 days ago.

I've changed to shader tails now, and i was referring to the hopo's you added a few days ago.
the trouble is, when you shrink them, it really makes them hard to distinguish. RB1 found this out the hard way. i'd suggest making a completely new hopo note.

Even thought this theme is still WIP, and I'm generally against adding WIP themes to the theme list, it's not longer in the WIP forum section, and it just looks so gosh darn awesome. So I've added it to the theme list anyways, under "Light themes", of course.

There have been many changes so if you haven't updated, please do. You can update 4x the same way you update FoFiX. Check out stump's latest guide for more.
These are the most recent changes to 4x:
60db30a7- Moving to python 2.7
a41cd423- Add mingw32 2.7 libs
fb8dbe00- advsettings, solotext, trainingtext menu tweaks
b17b0284- Python 2.7 notice
bf9383a5- rm old *nix py2.6 libs - will provide 2.7 versions soon
Download Python 2.7 and FoFiX's requirements
Note: These are currently unofficial AND unsupported, but do work on my machine

I've updated 4x to a playable state after Blazingamers latest rockmeter updates.
Changes:
b10f795570ed6466ba0d - Initial Custom Modules for d9a18dbbffdd17c2f833
a96a435e43a365afb8fb- Initial rockmeter.ini for d9a18dbbffdd17c2f833
Known issues:
Rockmeter area is missing stuff
Bass part uses wrong multiplier
Backgrounds aren't scaled
If you notice anything else not in that list, post it here.

Re: 4X - Fast, Fully Customized Theme for FoFiX 4 [Public Be
i noticed that this is supposed to boost performance...... but does that mean you need a better computer to actually enjoy said boosts?? or does it just run smoother and better on all systems because that's how you made it??
also, i saw something mentioned about issues distinguishing HOPO's..... well, people identify with colors faster than anything else... so i (as a long time player of gh, fof, rb) suggest (if possible) to kinda steal gh's idea for a white capped ho/po note..... either that or something brighter, or a slightly different color on those notes all together such as a lighter shade.... if it's not possible, i understand.... i've no idea what i'm talking about other than suggesting something from a player's point of view... this looks quite promising and in the future, could even replace my GH3 theme.....
