if they are usb then yes. I dont have a ps2 I have a ps3. I thought ps2 had some special cables or something. If it is USB, just plug it in start up FOFIX, set the controls, and jam!
Now I am not a big graphic guy, I just throw stuff together in photoshop, but they look sweet!

PS2 drums are the same as PS3 drums. So yes, PS2/PS3 drums work with FoFiX.
