in setlist settings make sure the labels display setting is set to album. And also make sure the songs you are looking at have album covers.

all my songs have de albun.png and de label.png, in SETLIST options set ALBUN to display. In previous versions of fofix, i have no problems, but in the latest SVN versions (RC1 too) i have only this problem. I try deleting the fofix.cache in all folders and rescaning the songs, but the same problem appears.

Since FoFiX 3.120 RC1, FoFiX has it's own vocals graphics folder, so any theme can use vocals. Themes don't have to support vocals for it to work.

That being said, this theme had vocals graphics before vocals were even implemented. Just make sure you have one of the later revisions.

T3HM3T4L:I've tried to sign up for Rock Band but they just won't allow me. They keep complaining I have to 'be over 18' while I've already been 18 for over half a year, and a sign up where I noted I was born in the '50s STILL GAVE ME THAT MESSAGE

So if anyone could help me get these templates, I'd very much appreciate it. I need it to edit notes and stuff for my Rock Band 2.

aander91:Sorry, but that'd be providing for minors, which is illegal.

T3HM3T4L:But I'm 18 years old... ?

aander91:Nope. Sorry.

T3HM3T4L:Nono, you're getting me wrong, I was asking how come I am still considered a minor?

aander91:Look, we can't just go out giving these things away to people who just say they're over 18 and show no proof, we'd be out of a job.

T3HM3T4L:Nevermind, I'll use EoF for it, I found the way I could use it for that.

This is not this theme bug, it's something else because it happens on other themes as well. And I think that, also, it's not related to the latest FoFiX SVN release.

You see, I've experienced this bug when I copied all my files to an external drive. I'll explain better, I have FoFiX running on 3 different PC's and everything is being updated via SVN (by "everything" I mean all stuff that are available to update via SVN). And the other day I've shown this game to a cousin of mine. He liked it a lot, and so, instead of create the folders on his PC and update everything via SVN, I simply copied/pasted all my folders to an external disk and installed all the modules as well as TortoiseSVN so that, he would be able to update his stuff later via SVN. Having done this I've decided to run FoFiX directly from the external disk, having the disk connected to my PC (where FoFiX doesn't have this "label bug") and what I saw was that running the game (that was an exact copy of my FoF folder) through the external disk, that bug appeared.

Weird stuff...

Well, at first I though that it could be an external disk problem, but it's not. After I copied all folders to my hard-drive again, the same thing happened. Now I have two exact copies of FoFiX on my PC. One "sees" the labels of the songs, the other one don't. The strange is that the one that doesn't, at least, is able to show the labels of my folders (like GH1 folder and etc...).

I think that maybe the problem has something to do with the fact that I've copy/paste the folders instead of creating them and updated them form scratch on my cousin's external disk. Since I din't had the opportunity to log on the internet that day, I wasn't able to test this.

Having this said, I strongly recommend everybody who's having this bug to delete all folders (except the Songs folder), reboot your PC, and create all folders again to update them, from scratch, via SVN.

Hope this helps.

Hasta!

Two questions:

1. Anything I can to get rid of the % on the song select screen and add my stars?

2. Can I make the artist name a little narrower? So I have a couple characters more before it gives me the "..."? Tried a bunch of adjustments and I don't think I doing the right one.

Thanks.

Well you won't like to hear this KID but in the latest revisions the RB POV has changed slightly so the scaling of the overdrive bar etc is now wrong.

You probably want to take it up with akedrou.

Like this:

Typhus wrote:Ok, so I've been long quiet about this because I thought K.I.D. would see it, sooner or later, but a long time has passed and I still have the results screen with the stars overlaying a part of the songs scores.

Does anyone else has this?

I'm running the latest revisions of the theme, and FoFix, at 1280x1024.

K.I.D, haven't you noticed this already? Couldn't you fix this up?

Thanks!
