Re: BioShock theme for FoFiX 3.1(new .svn link available)
new update,
Alpha testers
python 2.6 BS rev.12 Download Theme (full download) updated Mar,14 2009
and a .svn link http://svn.xp-dev.com/svn/slantyr-BioShock/ this is for the python 2.6 build only
fixed several things but also used the .jpg/.png fakeout on all files with no transparency which reduced the theme size by almost 30 mb!
feedback about the .svn please, (did i do it right?) if you find anything wrong or missing let me know.
added a lobby folder to the .svn!

Nice update
Just did a complete checkout from the SVN and everything worked great. Nice to see one more theme that is easy to upgrade
Didn't find anything to complain about.. Maybe the lack of graphical menus ;)

Re: BioShock theme for FoFiX 3.1(new .svn link available)
Just what makes the newer releases 2.6-specific?
Every other theme I have tried works under 2.4 and 2.6, and I can't think of any difference in the functionality that is made available to themes between 2.4 and 2.6.
Also, you committed a couple Thumbs.db files - they just take up space, so you probably should zap them from svn. (One of the first things I did to the FoFiX source tree itself upon being given commit access was to remove some Thumbs.db files that had made their way into MegaLight and MegaLight GH3.)
I really need to update my theme packaging tools to be SVN-aware now that we have so many themes using it.

Re: BioShock theme for FoFiX 3.1(new .svn link available)
it works fine but some of the in game font possitions are different
the rock meter and the coop rock meters had to be adjusted to look good in 2.6
edit: i will make sure to get rid of the pesky thumbs (thought i did)
edit2: rb1 theme has similar font position issues in 2.6
edit3: the results screen also had to be adjusted via the theme.ini for 2.6

Great theme it's my favourite custom one. The new lobby stuff is awsome.

I don't really like the angle of the fret to note ratio... are you gonna fix that or will I?

Re: BioShock theme for FoFiX 3.1(new .svn link available)
have you tried the the rev 12 full dl or .svn? i've made some adjustments to both the notes and frets in these releases
(if your using 2.4 and just want the "spinnotes" and "fretbuttons" copy the .svn link into the address bar of your browser)
worldrave brought this to my attention a few weeks back
if you want to edit them more (and they look better in game) i'll consider using them
remember, accuracy is important for the hitwindow ;)
