Answer: Open up your Frets on Fire Configuration. Scroll To Game and under It, you should find Rotate_Stages. Add 1 to the number to make it slower. 1 = to fast, 2 = slower, 3 = slowest.

when i make rotate_stages= 1 it goes way too fast
when it =2 or 3 or 4 (or higher) it just stays stagnant on one frame
help please

also, i think my Video to Picture converter is shyte. it only lets me do either 1 or more frames per second OR total frames (its called AVS video converter 6)
