Not Dragging - Notes wont drag in the editor!

When I press shift (my pick key) the note comes up, but pressing right wont drag it, it just makes a new note when i release the right key. anyone come across this problem/fixed it before? I can't make long notes :(

What editor are you using?

Are you sure your right key is set as the right key?

Never mind, found the problem.
Had the secondary pick set to the same key as the normal pick.

(I was using the editor built in with the game.)

Actualy Dion ( i think) poison uses or used the ingame editor for ages ( im sure it was him) and he made some good songs

Honestly, i still can't believe how people still don't realize that the type of editor used has nothing to do with how the song turns out.
It's all based on the person making the song.
The type of editor only affects one thing: the time required to make the song. Now if the given person is a lazy **** who just wants to crank out a song in 10 minutes, then obviously the song is going to blow if he uses the FoF editor. On the other hand if the proper amount of time is put in, then some incredible songs can be made... using even the in-game editor.
