Problem with Fretting

Postby LolVENOMLol » Mon May 31, 2010 9:22 am

Hi, I'm italian and i don't speak english very well, so probably i do a lot of mistake.
I have a problem at the end of fretting.
I use freeter hero and when i finish the song I use the FoF Tools and transform the .sng in .mid then I put the song in guitar hero 3 but the song have all frets on Hammer-on.
I try to use FL Studio but i don't work.
Can you explain me how to put the frets without the hammer on?
Thanks.

you can slow down in eof, just look better, and well you can always put the hammer on "ratio to a value were notes above 8th notes will be HoPo's and below including 8th wont

Or you can use feedback which lets you slow down up to 5%. I use FeedBack and love it.

Next time, read the documentation properly. Also, this option is useless for the time being because FOF/FOFIX doesn't support forced HOPO(tap notes) yet.
Also, I don't think Puppetz fret using FL Studio. He uses FL Studio to VIEW THE TAB, not to fret. He uses FeedBack to fret.

P.S. Freetar is the worst program to use to fret.

One more thing, FL Studio is not for fretting, its to edit midi files.

Newest release of EOF is in my signature. You can change the playback speed with the ; and ' keys, or by opening the Edit menu, selecting Playback Rate and choosing from there. To post the chart here, compress the chart files (ie. .eof file and guitar.ogg) into a zip file, upload it someplace like MediaFire and post the download link on the forum.

EOF saves the MIDI automatically when you save the chart. Read the documentation to learn more about setting your song folder in EOF so you can easily control where your charts are saved. Otherwise you can use "Save As" to manually specify where the chart files are saved or use Song>File Info to see the folder path of where the files are currently being saved.

As for HOPO notes, FoF automatically places HOPOs when the notes are close enough to each other in terms of measures.

In Guitar Hero 3.
When I put the file the notes are all hammer on
How can I do to put the hammer-ons how I wont to?

-- Edit: Mon Jun 07, 2010 12:43 pm --

Another problem: when I put the solos the game calculate star power, when I put the star power the game don't calculete it :(

-- Edit: Mon Jun 07, 2010 12:45 pm --

And don't calculate that I've selected the option for HOPO notes
