How are you trying to map the keys, exactly? When I first mapped my keys with my PS3 RB2 Strat, I had to scroll through the list with the arrow key, press Enter on an individual input, and then a screen popped up asking which button to use. Then when I hit the button on the guitar, it saved the change.

Are you doing it this way or are you just trying to scroll through the list and pressing buttons on the guitar while they're highlighted?
