Songs sound strange after restaring?

Postby LosBadylos » Sat Mar 28, 2009 4:17 am

Dunno how strange my topic is, but its true. When I'm playing song, and then restarting it by pressing space/other key and choosing restart then, boom, song sounds very poorly.
It can be easy heard at songs like Whiskey in the Jar. I need to exit, then again choose the song from the list, and if I suck song again, i need to do it again, if i dont wanna play with that ugly quality. And again and again and again and again. Check it out in your FoF, especially Whiskey in the Jar. Please tell me that I'm not alone with this problem, and there is a solution, PLEASE!
And by the way, sorry for my terrible english.

Oh, and I'm using newest FoFix, but it was happening also with the older versions of FoFix

I dont know if its the same thing but... sometimes when id be playing a song and i wasnt doing very well id pause the game and choose restart and when i did the song would would be suddenly echo. it doesnt do it very often just once in a while.. this happened to me since normal FOF and up through rf mod4. the only way ive found to stop it , is to quit that song go back to the song select screen and just choose it again. As far as i can tell its just some sorta memory glitch. the song was allready playing and you pause then tell it to start the song again, its like its still got the song in memory but triesto load the audio a second time so its now playing 2 copies of the same audio, just slightly out of sync with each other ( thats why it sounds like an echo )
As i said the only way i found to stop that, was to quit the song go back to hte song select screen and choose the song again..

<@away_xbox> Looks like it's your lucky day Amak11 >:) Since i don't see Amak here ill choose somebody else....
* @away_xbox straps 15 sticks of TNT to Amak11's body. The display reads [58] seconds.
<@away_xbox> Diffuse the timer by cutting the correct wire. There are 14 wires. They are Green White Peenus Indigo Black Gold Grey Brown Violet Turquoise Teal Magenta Mauve and Yellow.
<Amak11> oh really
<Belisario93> hmm
<Amak11> !cutwire Peenus
<@away_xbox> ...snip....
<@away_xbox> Amak11 cut the Peenus wire. This has defused the timer on the TNT! Just try and get it off you without setting it off, ok?

Lol the strange thing is, that many songs are playing normally after restarting, and some not. Is a Whiskey in the Jar some kind of cursed song or something?
