No.
The HOPOs have their respective colors, just their rings/dots/other stuff turns black. I want to achieve the same effect on normal notes.
Besides, #000000.

I'm having a little trouble finding the file that allows you to change the colors it. I can't find 'fretsonfire.ini'

i just tried setting everything with a color to black except hopo_1 and hopo_2, and the notes stayed white. Maybe its something Hering can help with, his mod is quickly becoming an everything mod.
Side note: turning everything to black with a black and white neck and backround looks AMAZING. i would definitely DL a Black and White mod.

in the Start menu, select 'Run…' and type in: %appdata%/fretsonfire/fretsonfire.ini
