I'm using my Rock Band Wii Controller, but I can't upstrum for some reason. I also tried the "Replace pick key with up strum" method, but that doesn't work either.
Any help?

You need to get X-Padder. A free program that you can map game controllers to work on your PC. Open it up. Then you can map it. If you can't figure out how to map it you can go here.
