So I was playing FoF with my 360 Guitar Hero controller... but then I go to play my copy of GH II on 360 with the guitar, but the 360 doesn't read it. Anyone else have this problem?

Man... what did you do to screw up that.
Have you tried the obviouse, plugging in the guitar to the 360 THEN resetting the 360?
Have you tried plugging into a different controller socket (you may have damaged the socket) try plugging in other controllers to the same socket as you plugged the guitar into to see if its that socket thats faulty.
Coz to be honest, there is no way in hell, that just by plugging the guitar into a pc it will kill the guitar, its not like the pc writes data to the guitar , so it would not change the way the guitar works. does the guitar still work if you plug it back into the pc, if it does then it is definatly not your guitar or your PC thats the problem.
Id say its something to do with your Xbox360 ( sucks in a deep breath) thats gonna be costly to sort out!
